  • Lead global communications for the Gavi-funded Zero-Dose Learning Hub, overseeing multi-country strategies that raise visibility and stakeholder engagement around evidence-based solutions to reach under-immunized children in Bangladesh, Mali, Nigeria, and Uganda.

  • Partner with in-country teams to strengthen knowledge translation, advising Ministries of Health and partners on leveraging research and data to increase political commitment and financing for immunization equity.

  • Directed a county-wide childhood immunization campaign in Santa Clara County, CA, managing a cross-functional team to co-create multilingual messages with parents and public health leaders. Oversaw the launch of 36 video public service announcements and $1M+ in paid media placements, contributing to increased vaccine uptake in the county. Campaign received multiple design awards and Silver Award for Overall Social Marketing in the 2024 North American Social Marketing Awards.

  • Managed HIV.gov’s national blog and e-communications, growing reach to 60K+ subscribers and producing high-visibility digital campaigns—including a World AIDS Day Snapchat ‘takeover’ seen by 2M+ users nationwide.

  • Provided technical assistance to public health agencies and nonprofits, helping local and national organizations adopt best practices in strategic communication, knowledge sharing, and digital engagement.

  • Designed and evaluated a multi-year behavior change campaign in Rhode Island supporting awareness and compliance with the state’s Social Host Law; led participatory design research, stakeholder engagement, and media strategy.

  • Led message development and strategic outreach for CalFresh enrollment in San Francisco, conducting formative research and creating digital and print toolkits for community-based stakeholders to support SNAP access among eligible residents.
